At Global Lean And Earn, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This policy explains your rights and our procedures for returns and refunds.
14-Day Return Period
Under UK law, you have the right to cancel your order and return your books within 14 days of receiving them, for any reason. The 14-day period starts from the day you (or someone you nominate) receives the goods.
Your Consumer Rights: This is your statutory right under UK Consumer Contracts Regulations.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return and refund, the books must meet the following conditions:
- Be in their original, unopened condition (plastic wrapping/seal intact where applicable)
- Be in the same condition as when you received them
- Be in their original packaging with all tags and labels attached
- Not have been read, used, or damaged
Important: Once a book's plastic seal or shrink-wrap is removed, we are unfortunately unable to accept it for return due to hygiene and resale reasons.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned unless they are faulty or damaged:
- Books where the plastic seal or shrink-wrap has been opened or removed
- Digital books / eBooks / Downloadable content
- Custom or personalised books
- Magazines, journals, or periodicals
- Any item marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable"
How to Initiate a Return
Contact Us

Provide Details
Provide your order number and reason for return
Receive Authorization
We will issue you a Return Authorisation (RA) number
Pack Securely
Pack the item securely in its original packaging
Ship Back
Send the item back to our warehouse address (provided in the return email)
Return Shipping Cost: You are responsible for the cost of returning the books to us unless the item is faulty or damaged.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned items, we will process your refund within 5–7 working days.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
- You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been processed
Important: Delivery charges (if any) are non-refundable.
Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect book, please contact us immediately (within 48 hours of delivery) with photos of the issue.
In such cases, we will:
- Cover the return shipping cost
- Offer you a full refund or a replacement at no extra charge
Delivery Issues
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery time, please contact us so we can investigate and arrange a refund or replacement where appropriate.
